Saw this while driving back this morning.
I thought “has there been another terrorist attack in the states?”. I went into the shop to enquire about it, the staff said “oh yeah, someone pulled the wrong end of the rope”.

I really don’t know. It belongs to the shop called Sanwado which is like a hybrid of BNQ and Pound Stretcher. Got nothing to do with the US as far as I know.
